I think it was all in all a victory for us. But I don’t think Mullahs will go without us taking up fight.
But aren’t most Mullahs actually on the side of the people?
What I mean is not real clerics but these thugs. Iranian Republic is what we want. We won’t settle for any less. We lost some good comrades today. These thugs are literally out of forces. We shouldn’t allow them to regroup. We have to grab the moment & fight. Just imagine if we could storm Evin…
To me it looks like what today means is that the Conciliation plan won’t cut it … You can’t conciliate with animals.
I totally agree. I feel bad because we had told all to hold breath & keep calm. We still can’t account for at least 47 of Resistance in Tehran alone. What can Rasfanjani possibly tell us to calm us now? Our people are dying & being beaten & tortured. This isn’t the deal we subscribed to.
That’s a good question, what can he possibly do?
Unfortunately, Rafsanjani is effectively powerless. SL is crazy & doesn’t care about consequences. He has asked Jafari to do whatever is necessary to keep him in power. He thinks if he allows the Larijanis to get AN indicted and be replaced by SL’s choice, it’ll calm people. That’s long past. We lost too many people.
At least Shah had pride & honor, so did his officers. When they realized that a majority didn’t want them, they let go& handed country over to an interim government. These thugs won’t. They have no pride, honor or mercy. They are diabolic.
(As you can see, huge departure from his usual stance of expecting Rafsanjani to succeed.)
