A letter to the kids at Sepah
Greetings compatriot warriors. Hope you are rested.
I’m a veteran soldier and am not really familiar with Sepah & your structure. I don’t think you’re are any different from us Artesh soldiers. We are all soldiers of Iran and love our nation and homeland. We are from this soil and our only duty the defense of our nation and homeland. I don’t want to get in to philosophy, religion or faith. Neither do I want to drag God Almighty in to this. Just a veteran Iranian soldier talking to another soldier.
I don’t know what is up with you guys. You are probably at boiling point just like our Artesh kids. Our kids have been locked up at bases with mobilization & standby calls since elections. Our guys were saying that earlier, no one dared to talk about the elections at the bases, but it’s not so anymore. Honestly, we have to say that the situation has reached a point where we can’t keep quiet anymore. Aren’t we of the same people and country? Don’t we have pride? Don’t we see the truth about the catastrophe caused by our Government & (supreme) Leadership? Don’t we have integrity & honor? How can we remain silent? The air of the garrisons is filled with dynamite and about to explode any minute.
There’s a lot of talks at the garrisons, bases, (military) clubs and our homes but it’s no longer about the election or fraud or this guy or that guy. It’s all about a few questions:
1. Is it better that we join the people each on our own or should we revolt and takeover our garrisons?
2. Thereafter, do we become people’s trenches or their sword?
3. Should we hand out weapons to fighters among the people or act as in a military operation?
4. If we Arteshi revolt & aim at the Government and (supreme) Leadership, will you Sepahis be standing against us & our people so that there’ll be brothers killing brothers or will you be with us?
Hope to God that you can get me some answers so I can let our kids know.
