In an unprecedented move, Ayande & Aleph have published articles not only criticizing the Government but also SL’s handling of the country & his role in the fall of IRI regime.

Ayande published a Top regime Official’s summary Analysis of, who draws a bleak picture & indirectly blames SL’s misjudgment & disregard for constitution by siding with “extremists&rogues”. The unnamed Official asks where the regime is headed with such leadership, while assessing that the gap between people & SL has reached its apex, regime & Gov are bogged down, the country is at an immediate risk of implosion, and the regime is headed towards downfall.

Aleph published an editorial by Ayat.Haeri Shirazi’s son, asking whether the intention is to establish a purely (absolute) Islamic state or a 1 party regime. He blasts SL for manipulating elections, which he says are mere selections, causing a deterioration of democracy & a move towards an oppressive & totalitarian regime. He asks Principlists what they would do, if someone other than Khamenei was SL. Someone who’d favor reformists & exclude Principlists from running in elections thru manipulating Guardian Council & other organs of the regime. He asks if in such a case, Principlists would be staying quiet on the sidelines or do anything possible to put things back on track.
